Every CiS customer has access to an interdisciplinary team that is coordinated by a Key Account Manager. This ensures a good communication flow across divisions at all times.

The team basically consists of the:

  • Key Account Manager (all questions)
  • Engineering employee (technical questions and proposals)
  • Customer Service employee (questions on order processing and deadlines)

Management, SCM, QM or Production employees are also consulted as required for each individual case.
