At CiS electronic GmbH, the 2nd generation of the family takes on more responsibility

In course of preparing for succession, additional family members have taken on more responsibility in the company.

The shareholders of CiS electronic GmbH have appointed Martin Wöllner as an additional managing director of 01.01.2023.

„I am very pleased that my son Martin is following my footsteps and taking over responsibility as CSO for sales, marketing and strategy development of the CiS Group. Martin will continue my decades of work and further develop the CiS Group in accordance with our customer-oriented iSpeed strategy," says Peter M. Wöllner, CEO and majority shareholder of the CiS Group.

Christina Peelen hands over the Marketing Department to Felix Wöllner and takes over as Head of Human Resources. Christina's responsibilities include all topics related to staff administration and development.

Felix Wöllner becomes the new Head of Marketing. He is responsible for the continuous development, planning, implementation and communication of our marketing-strategy.

„For me as father of a family, a long-awaited wish comes true. The first step has been taken to be able to carefully hand over the company to our children. It is good to know that many employees and business partners are also pleased about this development. I have resolved to withdraw further from operational tasks in the new year. In the company, I will continue to control the company's fortunes in my function as CEO and above all, I will support Martin in word and deed," explains Peter M. Wöllner.
