In the sixth year of our active membership, we continue to engage closely and comprehensively with the Global Compact guidelines and support its values throughout the CiS Group.

In September 2020, for example, the German branch of the Senate of Economy honored us for sustainable climate protection with the 'Climate Promoter 2020/21' certificate. CiS electronic GmbH is the first German cable assembler to have been operating climate-neutrally for several years. The CO₂ emissions of all its German sites are rendered CO₂-neutral through a reforestation project initiated by the World Forest Climate Initiative of the Senate of Economy — in a verifiable and certifiable manner," says Peter M. Wöllner, CEO.
We have implemented our CiS Code of Ethics and Conduct for the entire CiS Group to actively contribute to the protection of human rights. This code is binding on all employees and forms the foundation for all collaborations.
