Cable assembler, systems engineering and mechatronics supplier CiS electronic GmbH, with production sites in Germany, the Czech Republic and Romania, is preparing to support key customers.
In view of the worsening military situation in Ukraine and the feared power cuts in Turkey, some customers feel compelled to relocate important products from the endangered production countries back to Central/Eastern Europe for risk reasons.
"We stand by our customers in this extraordinary situation with fast and competent support. The CiS Group has many years of experience in production relocation and can offer customized solutions in close cooperation with its customers. Especially at our two production sites in Romania we have sufficient capacities to serve smaller and larger projects at short notice. The borders to neighboring Romania are still open and relocations of machinery and material are possible by land. For larger and long-term projects, we also have sufficient own building land available," says Peter M. Wöllner, managing partner of the CiS Group.
