A WCA (Workplace Conditions Assessment) audit conducted at a production facility in the Czech Republic determined that workplaces, working conditions, occupational safety, wages, working hours, health and safety, management systems, and environmental management were all of the highest standard and significantly better than the worldwide, national, and industry averages.
According to this audit, the neutral auditor “Intertek Group plc,” headquartered in London, confirmed that out of 12,848 companies audited to date, CiS systems s.r.o., with a top rating, is one of the most employee-friendly companies worldwide. The average score of all companies audited so far is 78 out of 100 possible points. With an outstanding audit result of 100 points in all assessed areas, CiS once again secured the highest possible rating in 2021, as it did in previous years.
