Efficient Assembly Integration – Seamlessly Implemented

Component Assembly – Efficient Component Integration

Module assemblyinvolves assembling electromechanical componets that range from simple to complex combinations of electronic, electrotechnical, and mechanical components. These modules are used to control and regulate systems, machines, and devices. We design your assemblies to be ready for direct use by the end customer!

We develop and manufacture your assemblies for direct end-customer use, eliminating the need for additional configurations or adjustments.

Our production in the field of assembly integration is optimised for both small and large quantities, ranging from approximately 30 units to several thousand units per year. This results in the following advantages compared to a traditional control cabinet manufacturer

  • For larger quantities, we manufacture your products using a modern, highly efficient line production process. This allows you to benefit from competitive hourly rates and high productivity.
  • We offer component assembly, cable assembly, development services, and HMI solutions – all from a single source.
  • As cables, strands and other electrotechnical components are used in many assemblies, you benefit from our modern machinery and therefore an exceptionally high degree of automation.

Due to function-tested parts, we enable immediate commissioning of the assemblies after connection to a power supply. This enables you to use our electromechanical and electrotechnical assemblies without additional configuration or installation.

We also aim to ensure flawless operation of existing assemblies while preventing production delays. To achieve this, we offer a 100% functional test of your assemblies and cable systems. If a functional test is not feasible for your application, we ensure additional safety by at least verifying the continuity and correct assignment of your electronic assemblies. Through comprehensive quality controls and functional tests, we enable direct commissioning upon power connection. This reduces production time and costs while ensuring high operational reliability.

If a functional test is not feasible for your application, we offer at least a continuity and assignment test to ensure maximum reliability.

Modern Component Assembly Through Digitalization & Automation

Using CAD-supported development and innovative production techniques, we optimize processes in electromechanical assembly production. Our production line is built on:

  • Automation with state-of-the-art machinery and tools
  • Flexible production for small and large batches (ranging from 30 to several thousand units per year)
  • Lean manufacturing for streamlined and efficient production processes

Automation minimizes errors, reduces costs, and accelerates production speed. In electronics assembly, precision machinery ensures repeatable, error-free processes.

The foundation of the assembly process is a clearly structured workflow. Each step, from the initial concept to the final result, is precisely defined. Our goal is to ensure that every stage contributes to meeting both your and our high standards in terms of quality, functionality, and efficiency. For greater transparency, you’ll find an overview below:

FAQ

In component assembly within electromechanics, both electrical and mechanical components are combined into a single, unified system. The result is a reliable electromechanical solution. Before installation, individual parts are tested, interconnected, and seamlessly integrated into the final product. Final inspections ensure that the assembly meets the highest quality standards without compromise.

Automation increases efficiency, reduces production costs, and improves quality through consistently precise manufacturing processes. It also enables greater flexibility across the entire production process – regardless of the quantity of individual components being produced. Moreover, automation allows for faster responses to changes in demand or design, giving you a competitive advantage over other market players.

Lean Manufacturing enables faster and more cost-effective production in component assembly by streamlining processes and using resources efficiently — all without compromising on quality. It helps reduce waste and continuously optimise existing workflows. This approach is ideal for companies aiming to work more efficiently while reducing their environmental footprint. Typically, Lean Manufacturing makes the entire production process more flexible, allowing businesses to respond effectively to changes in the market.

CAD software enables precise design, simulation, and optimisation of assemblies, reducing errors and lowering production costs. We are happy to use your CAD files as a basis for production, assist you in creating suitable drawings, or manufacture based on traditional 2D schematics. We adapt to your processes and deliver solutions tailored to your component assembly and project requirements.

Strict testing and automated inspection procedures ensure that component assemblies meet the highest safety and performance standards. The goal is always to identify potential faults as early as possible, saving time, effort, and costs. In addition, delivering assemblies that excel in every respect often has a positive impact on customer loyalty.

We understand how important it is to continuously adapt to changing market demands. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to meet high expectations — including in the field of component assembly. Our production lines are equally suited for small series (from 30 units) and large-scale production involving several thousand units per year. Feel free to contact us regarding your individual project – we’ll be happy to support you.
