Our production in the heart of Europe
The workplaces and working conditions at our Czech plant meet the highest standards, as confirmed by the Workplace Conditions Assessment (WCA). We offer a safe, clean and bright working environment, minimize the use of hazardous work equipment and support our employees with numerous benefits, including additional vacations, free language courses and physiotherapy massages.
At our production site in the Czech Republic, our subsidiary CiS systems s.r.o. is responsible for the assembly of customer-specific cable assemblies and modules at two production sites in Hejnice and Ludvikov. With more than 1,800 different products per week, this location is characterized above all by the enormous variety of products and the large machine park. Our production facility has one of the largest machine parks in the cable assembly sector in Europe. Thanks to the introduction of the master school in Hejnice, we have built up extensive specialist knowledge. Thanks to the in-depth know-how of our team combined with years of experience in the field of connection technology, we are able to process all types of specifications. We process cables as thin as a single hair to cables with extremely large diameters.
Our Czech site is not only technologically state-of-the-art, but also environmentally conscious. We are CO2-neutral and support international reforestation projects. Energy-efficient technologies are an integral part of our development and production processes in order to contribute to a sustainable future.
In terms of quality, we work according to German standards at our Czech sites. Our quality management system is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001:2015. We guarantee consistently high product quality through in-process inspections and 100% incoming and outgoing goods inspections.
Our customers value the high flexibility and reliability of our Czech location. We accompany our customers from the initial idea through to series production and offer comprehensive support in the development and optimization of cable assemblies and electromechanical assemblies.
From the simplest cabling to the most complex cable systems and complete electromechanical systems, the CiS Group offers customized solutions to meet your exact needs. With a production rate of over 1,800 different products per week and large series of over 250,000 pieces per week, we serve a wide range of industries. Our processes are lean, our structure efficient and our deliveries always on time thanks to our 24-hour logistics network in Germany.
