The headquarters of our subsidiary, CiS systems s.r.o., is in Nové Město pod Smrkem, with two production facilities in Hejnice and Ludvikov. As a key pillar of the CiS Group, this site represents the highest standards of quality and innovation in cable assembly. With a team of dedicated specialists, we provide customized solutions tailored to our customers’ diverse requirements. Our facility is defined by cutting-edge production technologies, rigorous quality controls, and a strong customer focus.
Our Czech plant offers workplaces and working conditions that meet the highest standards, as confirmed by the Workplace Conditions Assessment (WCA). We provide a safe, clean, and well-lit working environment, minimize the use of hazardous equipment, and support our employees with numerous benefits—including additional vacation days, free language courses, and physiotherapy sessions.
At our Czech production site, our subsidiary CiS systems s.r.o. manages the assembly of customer-specific cable assemblies and modules across two locations in Hejnice and Ludvikov. Producing over 1,800 different products per week, this site stands out for its exceptional product diversity and extensive machinery. Our production facility houses one of the largest machinery fleets in the European cable assembly sector. The establishment of the master school in Hejnice has allowed us to develop extensive specialist expertise. With our team's in-depth expertise and years of experience in connection technology, we can handle all types of specifications. We process cables ranging from hair-thin strands to those with exceptionally large diameters.
Our Czech facility is not only technologically advanced but also environmentally responsible. We operate as a CO₂-neutral company and actively support international reforestation projects. Energy-efficient technologies are an integral part of our development and production processes, helping us contribute to a sustainable future.
At our Czech sites, we adhere to German quality standards. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001:2015 standards. We ensure consistently high product quality through in-process inspections and comprehensive 100% incoming and outgoing goods checks.
