Our Quality Commitment
At the CiS Group, you as a customer are our top priority and so is the quality of your products. In a world in which the demands on connection technology are constantly growing due to globalization and market changes, we are continuously increasing our efforts to not only meet your expectations, but to exceed them. We focus on continuous improvement, customer orientation and process optimization to ensure the highest quality.
A Longstanding Tradition of Quality and Continuous Certification
Since the 1990s, CiS Group has leveraged its extensive experience in quality assurance for cable assemblies through a structured Quality Management System (QMS), initially certified to ISO 9002 and upgraded to ISO 9001 in 2001. Our goal is to establish a comprehensive Integrated Management System (IMS), already enhanced in our production facilities by an ISO 14001-certified environmental management system and, in select cases, an ISO 45001-certified occupational health and safety management system. We emphasize sustainability sustainability and responsibility to secure long-term success.

Our Commitment to a Zero-Defect Strategy
CiS Group's zero-defect strategy is designed to proactively prevent errors and additional costs for our customers. This approach is validated through regular external audits and integrated into our operational processes via the following measures:
- Incoming goods inspections ensure that all components meet the required quality standards in line with customer specifications.
- Qualified personnel handle these components in strict compliance with manufacturer specifications.
- Trained personnel conduct self-inspections to continuously ensure work quality.
- In-process tests, such as integrated crimp force monitoring, prevent the production or further processing of defective parts from the start.
- Electrical and electronic test procedures are tailored to customer requirements to ensure the functionality of CiS products.
- Quality assurance specialists train production staff and conduct regular product audits.
- 100% electrical final inspection
We emphasize prevention and risk management to eliminate errors and ensure the highest quality standards.
