CiS systems s.r.o., the production company of the CiS Group based in the Czech Republic, has once again been recognized in 2025 as one of the best employers worldwide. As part of a recent Workplace Conditions Assessment (WCA) audit conducted by the independent inspection company Intertek Group plc, headquartered in London, CiS received top marks for its working conditions for the thirteenth consecutive time – once again significantly surpassing global, national, and industry-specific averages.
The independent auditor Intertek Group plc confirmed that CiS systems s.r.o. is among the most employee-friendly companies worldwide. Among the companies audited so far, CiS stands out significantly: while the global average is 82 out of a possible 100 points, CiS once again achieved an outstanding result with 100 out of 100 points in all assessed categories. This secures the company the best possible position in the international comparison for 2025 as well.
Since 2012, CiS has subjected itself to this demanding assessment every year, which evaluates, among other things, occupational safety, social standards, fair wages and working hours, health protection, ethical business conduct, and management systems. In 2025 as well, CiS achieved the highest possible score in all areas – a clear sign of lived responsibility and exemplary corporate governance.
