CiS Group anniversaries - Congratulations on a total of 65 years with the company

In this special year, we can once again proudly look back on four more anniversaries within the CiS family. We would like to recognise our esteemed colleagues for their many years of dedication and tireless commitment, which has contributed significantly to the success of the CiS Group. The entire team wishes you the best of health, continued happiness and great success in your life's journey. To many more years of successful cooperation!

An impressive journey began 35 years ago: On 15 August 1988, our customer representative Guido Malorny started his service at CiS in what was then still a small team. Guido is not only one of the pioneers of the CiS Group, but was also instrumental in setting up the site in the Czech Republic. What once started with around 20 employees has today grown into a proud 700 jobs at three locations in the Jizera Mountains. Today, Guido Malorny lives happily with his family in the Czech Republic and, as a customer representative, is present in all areas of production on a daily basis. He is always passionate about customer welfare, representing CiS as the fastest and most reliable supplier of cable assemblies and electromechanical assemblies.

"Dear Guido, congratulations on your 35th anniversary at CiS. You have made great contributions to the development of our company with your enormous commitment. We are proud of your pioneering work, to which we owe much growth and many jobs," says Peter M. Wöllner, owner of the CiS Group.

Christina Peelen, Head of Human Resources celebrates her 10th anniversary with the team. Her journey at CiS began in 2013 in Marketing and she has progressed to the current position as Head of Human Resources. Christina manages to combine professional life and motherhood in an admirable way with the flexibility that our company offers. Her balance between work and family is an inspiring example.

"Congratulations on your 10th anniversary at CiS, dear Christina. It is wonderful how successful your career has been as a "career changer" up to the current position of divisional head of human resources, authorised signatory and member of the management. Very well deserved! Thank you for your great commitment and the good humour you often bring to the team. That's what makes work fun," says Peter M. Wöllner.

A decade ago, Daniel Bernhardt began his journey at CiS as an apprentice. After successfully completing his training as an industrial clerk, he became an integral part of our team in financial accounting. It is impossible to imagine life without his contribution.

"Daniel has developed steadily in his 10 years at CiS, contributing his know-how to the financial accounting department in a targeted manner. After his apprenticeship at CiS, he additionally successfully achieved his Bachelor's degree and also successfully passed the examination to become an accountant. Furthermore, Daniel has successively expanded his professional know-how as well as his teamwork and leadership skills and has already taken over the team leadership of financial accounting at our company. A strong development that also underpins his distinctive personality. It is great to have such a committed and ambitious team player in the team. Thank you Daniel and I look forward to many more years at CiS." Thorsten Tepper, CFO of the CiS Group.

Likewise, Doris Wöllner, CSR Officer of the CiS Group, celebrated her 10th company anniversary. We are grateful that Doris always has an open ear for all employees and is passionate about the diverse social projects of our company. In addition, Doris is committed to important ethical projects such as our membership in the UN Global Compact and upholding these values.

As a regional family business with strong social and green values, the work-life balance at CiS is particularly close to our hearts. Our flexible flexitime model enables employees to successfully combine both.
