The CiS Group, headquartered in Krefeld with production sites in Germany, the Czech Republic, and Romania, is restructuring its leadership in the areas of Commercial Management, Finance, Controlling, and Human Resources. Mr. Thorsten Tepper assumed the role of Managing Director (CFO) of CiS electronic GmbH on 1 May 2023. He is also responsible for overseeing the Group’s operations in Germany and abroad. He succeeds Mr. Thomas Klaffke, who left the company on 30 April 2023 in accordance with his contract.

Mr. Tepper is a qualified banker, business economist, and Executive MBA with extensive professional experience in both Germany and abroad.

He gained his expertise at a bank in Düsseldorf, in international corporations with multi-country responsibilities, and in owner-managed, globally active family businesses.

He is a team player who values “ZDF” (figures, data, facts) and promotes value-based, open, and honest communication.
