As part of the succession planning process, additional family members have assumed greater responsibility within the company.

The shareholders of CiS electronic GmbH appointed Martin Wöllner as an additional Managing Director, effective January 1, 2023.

“I am very pleased that my son Martin is following in my footsteps and will take on the role of CSO, overseeing sales, marketing, and strategic development for the CiS Group. Martin will continue my decades of work and further develop the CiS Group in line with our customer-oriented iSpeed strategy,” says Peter M. Wöllner, CEO and majority shareholder of the CiS Group.

Christina Peelen has handed over the Marketing Department to Felix Wöllner and has taken over as Head of Human Resources. Her responsibilities now include all aspects of personnel administration and development.

Felix Wöllner has assumed the role of Head of Marketing. He is responsible for the ongoing development, planning, implementation, and communication of our marketing strategy.

“As a father, this marks the fulfillment of a long-held wish. The first step has been taken to gradually hand over the company to our children. It is encouraging to see that many employees and business partners welcome this development.

I have decided to gradually withdraw from day-to-day operations in the coming year. I will continue to steer the company’s direction in my role as CEO and, above all, support Martin with advice and action,” explains Peter M. Wöllner.
