The Krefeld-based family business CiS electronic GmbH in Europark Fichtenhain is looking for junior staff.
The cable assembler, system technology and mechatronics provider CiS electronic GmbH with production sites in the Czech Republic and Romania has been a recognized IHK training company for over 35 years and trains 2-3 young adults every year in the profession of industrial clerk.
The focus is on practical training and a varied preparation for everyday working life.
We train people in order to retain them. If there is interest from both sides, trainees become permanent employees. There are 30 employees at the Krefeld site, ten of whom are former trainees with great success stories. You can read more about this on our Instagram account ciselectronic.
In today's society, training is not enough for many young people, which is why they decide to go to university. However, choosing an apprenticeship is not the same as choosing not to study. At CiS, both are possible. Some of the trainees we have taken on are studying or have studied part-time, but we are also interested in dual training models.
Training as an industrial clerk is a great way to create a solid commercial foundation for your own career. As future all-rounders in the company, trainees go through all the specialist areas of a traditional industrial company - from sales, marketing, procurement and financial accounting to HR management, controlling and quality management. The theoretical part of the commercial training is also taught at vocational school.
As a special feature of the training at CiS, some tasks are carried out at the Czech subsidiary, CiS systems s.r.o.. However, this also includes a short stay in production to get to know our products better.
As a family business, we support our junior staff right from the start, so in addition to training, there are also other educational opportunities such as a weekly English course and participation in further training courses offered by the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences, for example.
Balance is a top priority at CiS, we rely on an informal culture, flat hierarchies and a familiar working atmosphere - the work-life balance of our employees is important to us. There is a target and bonus system and the same number of vacation days for both trainees and employees.
As of 01.08.2022, we are again offering 2-3 new apprenticeships to actively support our team of six trainees.
