CiS electronic GmbH, a family-run business based in Krefeld’s Europark Fichtenhain, is looking for young talent.

As a specialist in cable assembly, system technology, and mechatronics, CiS has been a certified IHK training provider for over 35 years. Each year, we train two to three young adults as industrial clerks.

Our focus is on hands-on training and preparing trainees for real-world work environments.

Today, many young people seek more than just an apprenticeship and choose university. At CiS, we offer both paths. Some of our trainees study part-time or have completed dual study programs—flexibility is key.

Training as an industrial clerk provides a strong commercial foundation. Trainees rotate through all core departments: sales, marketing, procurement, finance, HR, controlling, and quality management. Theoretical knowledge is provided by vocational school.

A highlight of our program: hands-on tasks and a short visit to our Czech subsidiary, CiS systems s.r.o., to better understand our products and processes.

As a family business, we offer our junior staff ongoing support. Extras include weekly English lessons and access to courses from the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences.

At CiS, work-life balance is a top priority. We foster a flat hierarchy and informal, supportive culture. Our trainees enjoy the same number of vacation days and access to performance bonuses as our full-time employees.

Starting August 1, 2022, we will be offering 2–3 new apprenticeship positions to expand our team of six trainees.
