CiS electronic GmbH is delighted to be able to support the fantastic Johanniter project ‘First responders of tomorrow’. With our contribution, we want to help teach children the basics of first aid at an early age in a playful, child-friendly way without any fear of contact. The project impressively demonstrates how easy it can be to sensitise even the youngest children to the correct behaviour in emergencies, thus making a valuable contribution to greater safety in everyday life.
Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe trains children in this area according to a standardised nationwide concept. Qualified trainers introduce children to important topics in an age-appropriate manner, from correct behaviour in road traffic and recognising dangerous situations to simple first aid measures. A central component of the training is the newly developed colouring and activity book ‘First Aiders of Tomorrow’, which conveys knowledge in a child-friendly way with lovingly designed illustrations.
The new edition of the book has been expanded to include digital learning content: using the free JONA&JONI app, children can watch explanatory videos, play educational games and discover additional content with the help of augmented reality elements on their smartphones or tablets. This is a modern and exciting way to teach first aid.
Through its sponsorship, the CiS Group is helping to ensure that the Johanniter Regional Association of Lower Rhine can distribute the workbooks to participating children free of charge.
With this support, we want to show how important projects are to us that encourage children and provide them with valuable knowledge for everyday life.
