An impressive journey began 35 years ago: On August 15, 1988, our customer representative Guido Malorny joined CiS, then a small and close-knit team. Guido is not only one of the pioneers of the CiS Group but also played a key role in establishing our site in the Czech Republic. What began with around 20 employees has now grown into over 700 jobs across three locations in the Jizera Mountains. Today, Guido lives with his family in the Czech Republic and remains actively involved in all areas of production as a customer representative. With a strong passion for customer satisfaction, he continues to represent CiS as one of the fastest and most reliable suppliers of cable and electromechanical assemblies.

Christina Peelen, Head of Human Resources, is celebrating her 10th anniversary with the team. Her journey at CiS began in 2013 in Marketing, and she has since advanced to her current position. Christina admirably balances her professional life and motherhood, thanks in part to the flexibility our company provides. Her ability to balance work and family is truly inspiring.

Daniel Bernhardt began his journey at CiS as an apprentice ten years ago. After successfully completing his training as an industrial clerk, he became an integral member of our financial accounting team. His contribution has become indispensable.
"Daniel has shown continuous growth throughout his 10 years at CiS, contributing his expertise purposefully to the financial accounting department. Following his apprenticeship, he also successfully completed his Bachelor's degree and passed the examination to become a certified accountant. In addition, Daniel has continually expanded both his professional expertise and his teamwork and leadership abilities, and has already taken on the role of team leader in our financial accounting department. This strong development also reflects his remarkable character. We are fortunate to have such a committed and ambitious team player with us. Doris Wöllner, CSR Officer of the CiS Group, also celebrated her 10th anniversary with the company. We are grateful for Doris’s attentive ear and her passionate commitment to the company’s diverse social projects. She is also dedicated to key ethical initiatives, including our participation in the UN Global Compact and the promotion of its core values.
