On the occasion of CiS's 50th anniversary and his own 45th anniversary with the company, Peter M. Wöllner has handed over management of the CiS Group to the second generation of his family, as planned.
I am delighted that, after a challenging anniversary year in 2025, I will now be able to hand over my previous role and responsibilities within the CiS Group to my son Martin Wöllner at the beginning of 2026.
I have led our company for many years with great passion and dedication. Building up our company and enjoying the freedom of being an entrepreneur has given me a great deal of pleasure and satisfaction, even if there have been a few sleepless nights along the way. I would like to express my sincere thanks to our employees in Germany and Czechia, without whose tireless commitment and support this success would not have been possible. I would particularly like to thank all our loyal customers, suppliers and business partners for their trust and loyalty. CiS has been able to grow continuously over the past five decades because most of our customers rely on close and long-term cooperation with us – many of them have been with us since the early years. We are proud that we still have loyal and satisfied customers from our founding year in 1975. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to my dear wife Doris, who has been a great support to me over the many years in Germany and especially in Czechia.
I am filled with pride when I look back on the successes we have achieved together. Our team spirit, our values and the tireless dedication of each and every one of us are the foundation on which we have built, and they remain the guiding principle for our future, enabling us to grow successfully together, master new challenges and further strengthen a positive working culture.
It is with great pleasure that I announce today that I have handed over the helm to my son and co-partner Martin Wöllner as of 1 January 2026. Martin grew up with CiS and is deeply rooted in the company and our workforce in Germany and Czechia. He brings fresh ideas, energy and a vision that will lead us into a new era. I am convinced that, with our highly motivated workforce and our valued business partners at his side, Martin will steer the ship through wind and weather to achieve our common goals.
I wish Martin, our CiS/Zabel Technik team and our business partners continued success and enjoyment on this exciting journey towards a successful future.
